Prices, Payment & Cancel Policies

Prices

Prices do not include additional expenses, such as transportation, admission fees, food, or any other incidental costs. The Customer will kindly pay for such fees during the Tour.

Payment Policy

Our guides kindly request that full payment for the requested services be made within 30 days of the guide service.

Additional Notes:

All refunds should be processed within 10 business days.
Compensation from the guide is in the form of a future tour discount.
In case of exceptional circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), rescheduling options should be offered regardless of the cancellation timeframe.
All cancellations must be made in writing (via email) to ensure clear documentation.
MyJapanGuide does not directly manage payments or cancellations. These matters are to be handled independently between Customers and Guides, addressing the respective specific requirements on a case-by-case basis. We encourage both parties to communicate clearly and agree on terms in advance to ensure a smooth and satisfactory resolution.
